Sometimes what our clients ask for is not what is in their best interest. There could be a lower-cost solution that they aren’t aware of. Or maybe they want to update only one part of their website, but doing so will make the rest of it ineffective. Often, it would be best for our bottom line to keep quiet about this, but it just isn’t in our nature. We promise 100% transparency with our clients and always keep their best interests in mind.
We are efficient
We don’t have an office and our full-time employees only work thirty hours per week. This means that when we are working we are deeply focused. These factors add up to cost savings for us that we pass on to you. We have gotten feedback that our pricing seems too good to be true, but we promise our estimates are accurate and we will deliver what you have asked for.
We love teamwork
We are a remote team, so maybe you were thinking everyone keeps to themselves for their work. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. We have hired people who are outstanding in their own area of expertise, but who also know the value of collaboration. Our team stays in constant communication and our best ideas come when we are working together.
We stay in touch
“Ok, here is the final invoice. It was nice working together.” This is what it might sound like when your project is completed at other agencies. We treat the “end” of your project a bit differently. We know that once we hand your website or app over to you there still may be last-minute changes and tweaks and we will be here for that. In the long-term, if two years from now you decide you need a new feature, we will be there then too. We don’t make sales, we build relationships.
